If you live in Milan, but you don’t have an address where you can get your residency:

You can access the “filter desk” to request for a registered or fictitious residence in Milan by filling in the form you find by clicking HERE with your data.

If you have your residence fixed at Casa della Carità and you need to collect your mail:

You can come to Via Francesco Brambilla 10, Monday to Friday from 4pm – 7pm. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 5pm 7pm. Access is free, you don’t need an appointment.
